We host two Info Sessions in late August explaining the tryout process! You must come to one, as you can only gain access to signups and the tryout materials and guide after attending!
Preparation
Attorneys must write and perform an opening statement as well as a cross examination. Whereas witnesses will be direct and cross examined by one of our current members. We also host office hours with current LitiGators so you can make sure you’re on the right track!
Round 1 Tryouts
You’ll sign up for a tryout slot (or two if you’d like to tryout as an attorney and witness, which we recommend!) at Info Sessions and perform your material in professional wear for a panel of current LitiGators.
Round 2 Tryouts
After all of the Round 1 Tryouts, we’ll send out emails to those we’re interested in seeing for Round 2, where you’ll apply notes and answer questions from the panel.
Congrats!
You’ll be notified after your Round 2 Tryout whether or not you made the team! Practice and winning trophies will start shortly after!
